We have been with Textlocal for years but had a few issues since they migrated to Webex. We found out our old account manager Jordan had recently joined Text Global so got in touch to see if our requirements could be replicated. Unlike some telcos TextGlobal actually answer questions on the phone quickly and intelligently. Overall not only are they very helpful but their back office systems are pretty easy to use.

When working with a company it’s not always about how good they are but it’s a bonus to know those within are just as good!

Switching from Klav for SMS to TG has been a godsend and Andy has made everything seamless and easy and producing sales miles above what any other service provider could do, it don’t matter what your database numbers are, it’s about how you utilise the numbers you have and being bespoke to those users on your offering and Andy nails this with his help when sorting out user segments.
