Terrible service
Terrible service. I pre-booked and paid for an airport bus ticket for a specific time, only to be refused boarding because the bus was already full. What’s the point of booking a bus departure time in advance if a seat is not guaranteed!? As a result, I nearly missed my flight.

Fantastic new service from Terravision
Fantastic new service from Terravision. We were given the VIP treatment from all the staff we met. Front seats were reserved for us on the coach and when we arrived at Termini station our driver Mario was waiting to take us directly to our accommodation in Trastevere. Absolutely transformed getting to the city and took all the worry out of making connections and buying tickets. I definitely recommend using this service. The best thing is that we already have our return journey booked. Many thanks to Mario our super friendly driver and all at Terravision!

Terrafast- Amazing service

Denied boarding our booked bus.
We booked a bus from Milan Centrale to malpensa airport when we arrived they had sold more tickets than they had seats and despite book in advance we were told we couldn't get on and had to wait half an hour for the next bus which is completely unacceptable. The guy selling tickets was pretty rude to us and blamed us for not turning up earlier despite being on time for the bus
