They created a beautiful ad for me and I have many people in my network comment on how they see me and even take pictures with it and text it to me.

Second, although I had a slight issue with the installation, Terraboost team member, Desré MacKinnon was prompt and professional to address the issue to my satisfaction. Alex Pirie has been wonderful to work with - I have been walking through the art creation process with her while I've also been getting my new office off the ground so I've been hard to catch and unfortunately, Terraboost wasn't always my priority out of immediate necessity as other things had to come first - She has been professional and patient - I love the kiosk art creation as well as the opportunity to participate in this program - I approved what was created on my behalf with excitement! With Farmers Insurance folio participation, I feel the pricing has been fair and is leveraged in my direction.

Avoid this company for marketing. We lost a significant amount of money working with them, and they are now withdrawing funds from our account without authorization, and they will not reply to our emails.

Alex and the design team did a great job! Only took two drafts to get it done. Helpful tip, I mocked it up in AI first and sent my mock up to them. For me, that really helped convey the style I was looking for and gave them a good place to start their design.

This was an easy group to work with. They welcomed collaboration with external partners and in the end provided a really good design for us.

The initial communication was less than par. I had to follow-up multiple times to get information. Then, after our kiosk was approved and should have been on display, we went to see it and found out that it wasn't on display. The customer service team lied and told us it had been for a few months and was accidently taken down. After talking with the store employees, we learned that it was never up. Months later they did put it on the kiosk as promised but then took it down earlier than agreed. Basically, they charged us for 6 months and provided maybe one or two months of visibility. We did not get any traffic at all from this test.
