Children enjoyed it it was a last minute booking as inset day before returning after school holidays. Wasn't too busy in there and the girl on the desk was friendly.

ZERO attendance when pressing service button
Balls kept getting stuck, either on the sides or where the actual pins were, kept pressing the service call button but unfortunately no one could be bothered to attend, so had to try and dislodge them ourselves while playing the game, I understand it was busy but maybe have more staff on to attend when there is a problem

Lovely staff, great atmosphere. Lovely for days out and want to do multiple activities for you and the family. Love how autumn the worker made the experience even more eventful thankyou for a lovely day. Will be back highly recommend

We went for my Grandson's birthday and had a lovely time. There was plenty to do after the bowling as well such as pool and air hockey. Will definitely be going again!

Filthy toilets
While the bar staff and manager do a great job the toilets are absolutely disgusting 🤮 the toilets are not the bar staffs job and for a busy establishment the toilets should be cleaned multiple times a day not once in the morning and by a CLEANER not bar staff. Filthy sanitary towels hanging out of the sanitary bins because they're full I've never seen anything like it. Toilets where dirty floor was filthy and for the money that place brings in this is totally unacceptable.
