All the organisation and staff were good. Unfortunately a lot of the books are damaged quite significantly which made them very bumpy, which you could not only hear but see the change if direction.

The cashier/assistant was very friendly. Booking system worked as expected, and as we arrived slightly earlier than booked, we were allowed to start the game then too.
The only downsides were that Tenpin do not offer NHS discount on a weekend. In addition, for some unknown reason the in-branch price was higher than the online price advertised for the exact same game/people/dates, otherwise I would've booked in-branch.

Poor customer service
Left a 2 star review because of customer service. We ordered food, drink was missing. I called over a staff member and told them, they then sent another member of staff over. They asked what the problem was, told them our drink was missing. He looked at us, started looking around at our table, I said do you want to see the receipt, he said yes. So I showed him and he went off. Came back with our drink and placed it down and walked off. Didn't even apologise. Made us feel like we were lying about our drink missing when showed him proof didn't even acknowledge the mistake made and no apologies. Hope i dont come across this man again.

me and my partner had an absolutely brilliant time using the arcade, playing pool and having a few cheeky drinks. but a special mention to a member of the team autumn, she was amazing! quick and friendly service, just the kind of person you’d want to be greeted by. we after found out she had only recently started but she seems to have taken to the role like a duck to water! thank you so much for making our day so much more enjoyable we’ll be back soon

The food was absolutely delicious, even if the wait was longer than expected. All in all, I had such a great time with my bestie! the staff however did look fairly over worked which was sad to see and my bowling lanes bumpers were faulty on lane 4
