Food was absolutely disgusting chips still hard and under cooked and burger was the worst I’ve ever tasted . Feral kids allowed to run around where people are trying to do bowling.

Nice venue, rude staff
I visited this bowling venue recently as part of an anniversary booking. The venue itself has clearly been improved and expanded since my last visit. It is a much larger space now and I really liked the addition of the pool tables and the overall upgraded layout.
However, unfortunately the experience at reception really affected our visit. From the moment we arrived and mentioned our booking, the staff member we dealt with came across as quite rude and unwelcoming. There was no smile or basic friendliness, and the tone felt quite negative throughout the interaction.
I do understand that staff may be busy or having a difficult moment, but it wasn’t particularly busy at the time we arrived or when we left, so it was disappointing. It made us feel quite uncomfortable and honestly took away from what should have been a nice occasion.
We are not teenagers or a disruptive group, so it felt unnecessary to be made to feel unwelcome. If we hadn’t already pre-booked, I likely would have gone elsewhere.
Overall, the venue itself is good and has improved, but the customer service at reception really let the experience down. I’m not sure I would return based on this experience.

Always enjoy bowling at Tenpin
Always enjoy bowling at Tenpin, it's a nice venue with a variety of entertainment options. Staff ard friendly (especially Imagen). We had the half term deal with burgers and 2x games of bowling which was great value. This review would of had 5 stars, however we were placed on the new section of lanes (Lane 20) which was like a wind tunnel with the air con on full blast, and I felt outside by the coast during a storm.

Accidentally booked 10.30am but meant 3pm!! Customer assistant was really nice even though we were very late! He happily booked us onto a 3pm slot. Great customer service!

Karaoke and bowling was so much fun
Karaoke and bowling was so much fun! We all had a really good time and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was also very good and reasonably priced. It was nice to go out and not spend so much money to have a great time.

I booked online for 2 games for 4…
I booked online for 2 games for 4 people and when I arrived they said I should have had a discount as it was after 5 on a Sunday. I spent £72 and it should have cost me £48 so not impressed

Great atmosphere
Friendly staff. Plenty of activities not just bowling. Definitely going to try out the escape room next time

The experience was fun!
The experience was fun! Everyone enjoyed themselves, the staff were polite and friendly and the service was as quick as possible due to being busy. The only complaint is that the game had to be delayed due to the bowling balls collecting at the bottom of the lane which caused a blockage. Other than that, it was a good time!

After coming here for a fun afternoon…
After coming here for a fun afternoon we were highly disappointed with our trip.
We were a group of 8 and although we were quickly located to our lanes I was disappointed with the service. We came to do 2 games and a meal. When booking for a 2pm slot initially I had in mind that when we finished bowling we would be seated for our food afterwards (as this is what normally happens when we have come before) so I did this intentionally so we would be feeding children around dinner time. Not even a game in, and food comes to the lanes but because we hadn’t long had lunch we wasn’t overly hungry. It became chaos trying to play the bowling aswell as eating with young children who struggled to sit and eat. We then tried to order drinks on the QR code which didn’t work, went to the bar area then it took nearly 30 minutes for a pitcher of squash and 4 Pepsis to arrive to our lanes. It was just disappointing for the amount of money we spent on what was meant to be a fun day out. Certainly not in a rush to return which is a shame because before this experience it was a firm favourite and we have been many times in the past.
