Everything was great except for there being no size 7 bowling ball which meant I had to use either size 6 (too light) or size 8 (too heavy). I've not had a problem finding a size 7 on previous visits... See more

Karaoke room 2
The karaoke room had technical problems so had to wait over an hour for it to be fixed. Whilst the group were given a game of bowling to keep them occupied this ultimately pushed the booking back and as a group of teenage girls they had curfews so were conscious of time!
When the room was eventually ready- they had to wait for the other room to become available as room 2 was still out of action- the girls were told to wait and someone would let them into the karaoke room shortly, after 10mins they were still waiting…they asked staff a further 3 times after waiting a total 20mins after being told the room was available only to be told abruptly that they needed to patient and someone would be there soon.-I feel a wait of 20mins and already waiting over an hour past the original booking was very patient! The girls eventually got let in after asking a fourth time and explaining that their curfew was now very close and the may need to request a refund!
Whilst the girls enjoyed the activity they felt that the evening was ruined by the attitude of the staff.

Service just always takes too long
Service just always takes too long. Feel like I’m spending more time queuing up to order than actually bowling

Good game - but dissapointed I missed out on our 20% off drinks as part of Friday deal as wasn't told on registering that I had to order drinks on arrival

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible! I go to Tenpin Bristol regularly! This was the worst experience I've ever had. Terrible customer service.
I asked the lady behind till if she could radio someone to remove a bowling ball that was stuck (it was there when we arrived) her face was like THUNDER! No acknowledgment of me whatsoever like I was invisible! She never did move it nor did she ever get anyone else to remove it. Then our drinks came super late after ordering. The cocktails were disgusting and there was 0 taste of any rum! It was like drinking lime squash. I've had these same cocktails 🍸 in Swansea Tenpin, so I know how it was supposed to have tasted. By thr way, the same lady I asked to remove the ball was the same person who brought over our drinks.
One of the cocktail glasses has red lipstick all over it where the glass clearly had not been washed. My daughter goes over to get a replacement and the AUDACITY of them was to POUR the cocktail into another glass😡 NOT remake the drink for her! Absolutely NASTY! My mum thrn went back over and told them to make a fresh drink! Their response was, "oh we didn't know she wanted it remade"😱 I paid £82 for the games, NOT including all the food and drinks I also bought! Terrible experience. Men's toilets were also nasty! Every toilet was full and not flushed. Very unhygienic.

Quick start and enjoyable
Booking was easy and quite quick. I didn’t have to wait for a long time before we got started. It was a lot of fun.

Fun atmosphere and without the chaos.
Segregated booths and more lights gave this centre a less claustrophobic and less hectic feel you get with other bowling alleys. You could put your bag, phone and wallet down and it felt safe. Queues to check in and redeem any arcade prizes were the usual length and that could always be improved.

It was good to go bowling
It was good to go bowling, the place has had an uplift since I last came, a long time ago. The only problem we had was with a jammed machine that took our money and didn’t give us game credit. Eventually we got a guy to come out and unjam it and sort us out.

It was a busy day as expected but a few issues. Arcade didn’t have any change machines working so getting cash to use some of the arcades that were cash only was difficult and multiple things weren’t working.
A queue for the bowling with only 1 staff member booking people in on the till so it took a while to get our lane, it says to arrive 15 minutes before and it took all that to get our pre-booked lane. Bowling was great but we ordered drinks to the lanes which took around 20 minutes but it was probably due to how busy it was.
