When I initially got tenant cloud in 2019 it was perfect I had full access as a property manager, my clients could view their owner portal and the tenants could view their tenant portal. I created leases, reports. I had the options of many payment options for my tenant and even a full detailed website that I worked on proudly to perfect my site, it even included free listings.( with the increase in price my previous website was destroyed and deleted without me knowing including my about me section that took time) I loved that it was focused on the mobile app and was a property management software that was great for mobile users . It was nice for small companies or landlords because, I don’t have an office or a huge portfolio and im generally on the go when working. At the time I paid $7.99 a month and was completely satisfied. Fast forward to 2022 the price has gone up from $9 to $12 a month and all the features I said most of them are gone, they say they’re doing it to keep up with the rise of costs but why take features away?? I’m already paying more, why should I have to pay more for less and more problems that go months without being addressed? (I can’t assign an owner to their property on the app or mobile browser and it has been an issue that was not corrected since May when I put the ticket in). let’s not even get into the hassles of having the tenants pay on the app, i honestly don’t even use the app to process payments it’s ridiculous. The team is small I believe of three people so it’s not like when you have an issue they provide much assistance that can be handled by them. They always have to forward a ticket to the developers. It’s never any type of reconciliation for their issues or inconveniences. It’s never an adjustments to my monthly price for these issues. In fact your reward is higher prices with less features. This company is ran like a small business itself in the sense that it doesn’t have the ease of having extended live support or even live chat support, or the professionalism that customer resolution and satisfaction is the number one goal like a lot of the bigger property management software companies, yet they continue to go up on their prices to compete with these companies. The price isn’t as expensive as most with their “growth” plan being $40 but with many flaws and weird support times, lack of customer care. I am desperately searching for another company I honestly don’t even care about paying more

clean interface to work with. it's often confusing to navigate. Great customer support. clumsy integration of payments. over all a great product.
Looking for something that I could take online payments at a reasonable cost and found this. Works great, easy to sit up and get going. So far I really like the online maintenance requests, keeps everything right there in front of you so they don't get misplaced. I'm using it a lot more than I thought I would and being Cloud Based it's always with you
For the most part, this is a great application for both landlords and tenants. There is always room for improvement, but I'm happy with how my interface works as a landlord. I did receive some feedback from my tenants who are in their late 20's that the interface isn't as user friendly as it could be. My favorite is the dashboard, for sure. It would be nice to see a few more of the "big boy" features in a lower package. I only have a duplex and two rentals so to shell out for the upgrade sometimes makes me wonder if I should. Thanks to all who do what they do to make it easier for us landlords.
Good software for property managers. Still have some bugs here and there, but they are responsive in resolution.
I'm a property manager. We transferred our service to TenantCloud recently. I've been very happy with the product. The best feature is the automatic calculation of owner distributions. The accounting features are great. Really like the integrated notices as well. It's been a great product overall.
The only downside is on the marketing/prospective tenant end. There is no way to send messages to prospective tenants within the system, and sorting leads is clunky and time-consuming.
Overall a great product looking forward to improvements on CRM with tenants.
Fast and concise software that has everything a landlord needs to manage his properties.
I am a monthly subscriber and a private landlord for a small condo. I used TenantCloud to link an application and review them online easily. I also ran background checks through them. I subscribed in order to be able to use electronic signatures, store all the documents from applications to the final lease which was custom, and be able to invoice and collect payment electronically. I love that it is all in one place. If I had any improvement suggestions it would be to link payment accounts from the dashboard instead of the profile page only. And there was a small learning curve for me setting up a recurring rent payment and deposits vs using the invoicing links which are not needed if you set up recurring rent. But otherwise I’m pretty satisfied with the options and ease of use as a private landlord who is not running a professional management company but has a professional presence with my tenant.
I'm a first time landlord and TenantCloud was the perfect solution for setting up my tenants with an online payment and communication system.
TenantCloud has been a great platform for tenants, owners, and myself to connect and communicate. The online payment process has been difficult and confusing for some of my clients that aren’t as technologically sound. But other than that I am very satisfied with this application.
It's a great tool for small landlords and property managers. I'm using this program for more than 3 years and it's been working great. I like their mobile app, as I can manage rentals from my phone. And the best part is that I have been contacting their support for a few times asking for the autopay feature and few months later they have added it. Great product with many free features to manage your properties.
