Have ordered from Temptation gifts a good few times now and have always received the best experience and products, had 1 issue with a very recent order with some items I received being damaged, I put the fault on Dpd as it has happened before with them. I spoke to customer service through temptation gifts and not even 12 hours later they’ve sent replacements on express delivery! Absolutely incredible, quick customer service from these guys I couldn’t ever fault them, a company who truly put their customers first! Will be ordering from them again 😊

Absolute scam, i ordered led hexagon panels and it showed 3 panels in each pack, i ordered 3 packs and got three of everything but only 1 led panel.

I received mugs - VERY different in colour from the pictures. Furthermore mugs of same type are VERY different in colour when compared side by side. Quality assurance must have lacked. Complaint was rejected as 'natural variations'. Extremely poor experience and customer handling.

I had a problem with an item I bought and contacted Customer Service. They responded really quickly and in addition to resolving my issue they also pointed me in the right direction for ongoing product care.

Excellent customer service. I bought four Dunoon mugs and despite being well packaged one of them somehow arrived broken. I dropped them an email and an hour later a replacement was being processed as a replacement. No quibble.
