6 months binding subscription

6 months binding subscription, but the number transfer can be done only in 18 months from TDC that owns Telmore. And that is not allowed to be used a reason to cancel the subsciption.
Don't fall to this company or it's siblings TDC, YouSee or Eesy.

No customer service, just an App. And sloppy AI.

You better like apps. You have to do everything through the app. The app crashes, you have no service. I called them, a bored sounding person referred me back to the crashed app. The AI is useless. It’s not AI, it’s equivalent to chat bots from a few years ago being called AI. There was sadly no intelligence there.

Our price adjustments are partly due to rising costs related to our mobile networks. All of our customers are connected to TDC’s network, which has been named Denmark’s best. This is, of course, a title TDC is very proud of and continuously strives to live up to. In addition, we are experiencing general price increases from our partners across several streaming services, which results in higher settlement costs for the entertainment services included in Telmore Play.

Bad mobile service and then whe I moved…

Bad mobile service and then whe I moved i need a wifi connection then they send me a router without a sim card so I could not use it. I waited for 2mounths then I decided to get wifi from another company then telmore wants me to pay for the wifi I never got to use and now they have taken me to court 😢.
