Watch out

waiting for my product since 3 weeks, it’s not easy to communicate with Tekworld. One of the items is suddenly not available and they only told me 2 weeks after my I made the order. I wish I looked for a different store at the first place- very disappointed!

Scam

I ordered an RTX 2080, I was sent a 2070 instead. I called them, was told they can't help me over the phone, but to write them from their website. I did so, they said they would contact me to let me know how to handle this situation. It's been a week now, no one's contacted me and their phone is always busy.

Dopo 25 giorni senza risolvere il problema, dopo una settimana che non mi rispondevono tramite email, ho dovuto minacciare una denuncia. Poi dopo poche MINUTI mi hanno finalmente risposto che faranno il rimborso.

Un mese senza scheda grafica, e con soldi bloccati. Grazie per la perdita di tempo.
