Value for money

Item was sent royal mail first class and by over a week unfortunately it had not arrived. Disappointing although customer service did promptly refund me.

Great price and product beautifully packaged. Clearly never been opened.

Decided to go back to using Currys as the Tekshop idea of grade A is my idea of grade C, rubbish store.

Respone to Mark I did come back to Tekshop and very unhelpful. I was told grade A would have marks and scratches. Currys laptops are always perfect!!!!

I purchased a Dell laptop which did not suit my requirements - Tekshop co-operated and allowed me to return it with a full refund. I proceeded to purchase another laptop [Asus Zenbook] from Tekshop. I am very satisfied with the Asus laptop. Customer service and comunication with Tekshop was excellent.

Got a Lenovo Yoga, works perfectly well , got some scratches but apart from that looks brand new! Really happy with it. Customer service is excellent too, Danny has been really helpful and professional. Thanks a lot, would definitely recommend!

I ordered a Cat B laptop and the cosmetic scratches were minor so this is a great option for those looking to save money.

Unfortunately the laptop was faulty, a problem I later found some other users had reported on the same model (ASUS) so this was not a Tekshop problem. The important thing here is that Tekshop were responsive, offered to help troubleshoot and when I decided to return, arranged the postage and refund quickly. This is the reassurance you need with any company but especially when buying refurbished. So I will certainly consider buying from them again in the future.

Our delivery was a couple of days late, the guys at tekshop were immediately calling back and offering to sort it out if the product didn’t arrive. Really proactive. The package did arrive a couple days later, and a couple of days after that tekshop called again to make sure their package had arrived…great after-sales support!

The website was clear and easy to use and the product was delivered exactly when scheduled. It was exactly as described. I needed some documentation regarding the order and that was provided on the same day.

I needed a new laptop but couldn't find one with the exact specs I wanted. I contacted Tekshop through their eBay account and asked if they would be prepared to customise one of their eBay offerings to suit my requirements. They were very helpful, agreeing not only to double the memory to 32Gb and to install a 2Tb SSD instead of the 1Tb drive the machine came with. They also charged me a very competitive price. The laptop was delivered the next day in excellent condition and works flawlessly. Naturally, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and especially with the quality of service I received. I can recommend this company without hesitation.

Excellent products at very,very competitive prices, with being hands on in Information Technology (IT Department) the products have to be the best, with fast safe delivery most critical as well.
