I'd give them 0 stars or negative stars if I could. Absolutely horrible and completely unreliable. If you give them money for a product, kiss that money goodbye. You'll never get anything from them but lame excuses about production issues. I ordered on November 7, emailed them on December 30, on January 30 and again on March 20, and have received nothing but hollow promises. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

I will edit this review to add that I did end up surprisingly receiving a full refund 5 months after I had ordered.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. I was able to get a portion of my order refunded after multiple conversations to get my money back due to never getting the product. They only refunded part of my order and told me the stickers could not be refunded because they were already printed & on the way. That was February 11th and I still have not got any stickers-it is now a whole month later 3/11/2025 . I also ordered everything very beginning of January. DO NOT ORDER from this company seems to be a scam.

I ordered a shirt back in January that was supposed to be delivered by February 13th. I reached out to customer service when my delivery date came and went with no word of where my shirt was. Any time I have tracked my order it says still in production. This was not a preorder item. I reached out again when no one got back to me from customer service. I have yet to hear back and doubt I ever will. I will never use them again for any reason. Total scam! Save your money and use another website.

I ordered two shirts in Mid December. One arrived 5 weeks later and was misprinted. The second one never arrived. I contacted the company for a refund. I was refunded for the item that never showed. The return process for the misprinted shirts has now exceeded 30 days. It's now March. You can improve by delivering a quality product free from defects in a timely manner. You can also improve by processing returns like every other company in modernity.

ordered a hoodie didn’t get shipped for a month they wouldn’t resolve it got a refund from my bank they then shipped it even tho they confirmed cancellation now bank wants money back again

Amaze,Spring,or Teespring do not buy or deal with. Just here to add to the overwhelming amount of bad reviews that I didn't get my product I didn't get a refund or a response.if you see a positive review on here it's probably someone who works at spring/amaze trying their best to stop the company from inevitably going under.Update; finally got a refund and response.

i ordered a t-shirt in february but havent got any updates since february 17th they dont respond to emails

I ordered a tee shirt in Nov 2024. It’s been “in production” ever since. The issue is always cited as “changing suppliers”. First and last time I will attempt to buy something using them.

I really appreciated that my questions were answered in a timely manner. The answers were based on facts and I wasn't getting "blown off".

Do not bother with this sinking ship. They do not fulfill orders nor pay their creators, though they'll happily take your money & the money of your loyal fans.

Ordered a sticker from America to Uk end November supposed to be here by Xmas had nothing emailed in January they told me to wait till 30th Jan so I did re emailed they reordered it was supposed to be here yesterday it’s still printing cost me 10 pounds

I have placed 2 orders from 2 different creators that use teespring for their hoodies. One I ordered back in November, the other I ordered in early January. Their website states 'will be shipped within 10 business days of order placed'. Any time I have emailed them, they give the same excuse of having production delays due to switching suppliers. They IMMEDIATELY place your order into 'production' so you can't get a refund. This is not the creators fault at all, so I hope they don't get into any trouble. Teespring is the WORST. I've never dealt with such a slimy company for shirts that I want to purchase to support my favorite artists/creators. They are stealing your money. Double check that anything you order is not from this company. They will steal your money and constantly lie to you.

They are a scam. I ordered a hoodie and it’s been in production for over a month and still hasn’t shipped. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody.

Ordered a product and didn't get any updates for months. Emailed and got some excuses about their production issues. Great. How about don't sell products until you have it figured out. It's a freaking shirt.

Ordered a custom order on the 30th December, the shirt is shown as shipped and I've been waiting since then for it to arrive. I emailed them and they told me the order was lost, offered me a free reprint or store credit to which I chose the reprint (this was on January 15) and then again, today I received an email saying they lost my order again... Please don't order from them...

BEWARE OF DELAYS
THEY ARE TREMENDOUSLY BEHIND!!! EARLIER IN JANUARY, I HAD ORDERED SHIRTS FOR A SENIOR NIGHT. AFTER 1 MONTH OF WAITING FOR A SHIPPING UPDATE, I CHECKED MY TRACKING NUMBER TO SEE THE SHIRTS WERE STILL IN "PRODUCTION". I EMAILED THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE TWICE AND GOT HIT WITH A "WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING DELAYS WITH PRODUCTION DUE TO A LARGE VOLUME OF ORDERS BEING FULFILLED, BUT THE PRODUCTION TEAM IN ENSURED THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER" WITH NO NEW ESTIMATED SHIPPING FRAME. I THEN EMAILED A 3RD TIME TO FIND OUT THEY ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS WITH THEIR MAIN PRODUCTION CENTER AND CANNOT PROVIDE ANY UPDATES AS TO WHEN, OR IF, THE ORDERS WILL BE PRINTED. I THEN CHECKED REDDIT AND SEE THAT THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING ISSUE SINCE JULY/AUGUST 2024, MAYBE EVEN LONGER. DO NOT USE, UNLESS YOU DON'T WANT TO RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCTS BY THE NEEDED DATE. AVIOD, AVIOD, AVIOD.
THIS ISSUE COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IF, LIKE ANY GOOD BUSINESS, THEY HAD A WARNING ON THEIR MAIN PAGE ABOUT THEIR DELAYS. WE GET NO INFORMATION REGARDING THEIR HORRID DELAYS UNTIL YOU REACH OUT AFTER YOUR ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE HAS PASSED.

This is one of those times I wish I could give zero stars. I am beyond disappointed with this company. I designed a t-shirt for the launch event for my new book. I ordered two over the course of three days, one for me, one for my table helper. According to the order the first one I ordered was to arrive to me between Jan. 30 2025 and February 3 2025. This would have been plenty of time prior to the event. As of February 5 the item had not even been printed yet! I used the chat option which, of course, was a 'bot' and it said if it hadn't shipped within ten days to contact them again. This being the case there chances are slim if at all that I will have this in time for the event. I clicked the option to speak to a rep but all I got was a form to fill out where I was told I would hear from someone soon. That was over 48 hours ago! I am not so over dramatic as to claim they are possibly ruining the event but I can only imagine that pulling this could ruin events. I will not be using them again which includes removing other designs from my stores. BTW I now understand why over the years my fans have said they are ordering my merch because they hate teespring. Fans give all kinds of excuses for not purchasing and I just assumed this fell into that category. No longer.

I ordered a long sleeve shirt, January 15th, and after two weeks I’ve emailed and asked what’s going on with my order they said there was a delay, no actual shipping time, as it February 6th currently, I have requested a couple days ago to cancel my order as if its been sitting in the SAME spot since the 15th, it’s been almost a month and I have YET gotten a refund, or anything email related on when my shirt will ship. Never ORDERING AGAIN. (And still to this day no refund, so I must dispute it with my bank instead) they’ve done nothing but kept given me excuses. “Oh orders are delayed” but never gave a time frame on when it’s supposed to be shipped at all.

Awful. Doesn’t send products out just sends you emails with excuse after excuse about production problems. I don’t need a 5 paragraph excuse on why it’s not here after over a month. How about take that 5 paragraph energy and actually fix your company. Bunch of clowns working there.

Zero stars, do not use!!! Ordered product 6 weeks ago and still not even shipped.. I've been requesting a refund for 10days and keep getting wordy email bullshit responses and no refund. Would never use this company again - not even sure it's a real company!! Do not use!!
