Product was of good quality, however the sizing is way off. Usually take a size 1x so sized up to a 2x to be safe. When it arrived, I tried it on and it was very snug...like, squash the boobs snug.

I checked their site to see what the return policy was, and there is NO RETURN POLICY on site. Tried to contact live chat....Live chat option is horrible. I tried this option twice and both times I was on hold for over 25 minutes. On line support got back to me fairly quickly. Found out that their is a NO RETURN POLICY due to merchandise being custom made. I don't see where this t-shirt was custom made. It was a purple shirt with an image printed on it. An image that was advertised.
I ordered another t-shirt that was PERSONALIZED with my niece's name. Again, shirt not true to size. However, they had no problem refunding my money and also told me to keep the shirt. Not allowing your customer to return for another size is plain bad business.

If you plan on using this company, make sure that you size way up because their shirts are not true to size and you will not be able to return it for another size. I will not be doing business with them again.

Very expensive comparedt o my usual purchases of t-shirts, but delivered quickly and a super print on quality material.

I recently ordered a phone case.vase was a pretty color but the printed elephant was so lite I can't see it and of course it doesn't fit my phone. I emailed the company and they don't exchange or do refund so now I have a case with dots on the back that is supposed to be a elephant. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY LIKE I DID!!

Material was just what i was looking for. The size was perfect. Wish the color was a little brighter but i am very happy with my sweatshirt and wouldn't think of returning it.
