Ted Baker delaying a return

I posted a return via Royal mail on 1/4 using the return label provided by Ted Baker but the return is currently being held by Royal mail as they have received a request not to deliver to the address from Ted Baker, the parcel has not moved since 4/4. I contacted Ted Baker but they could not give me a reason for the parcel being retained nor could they tell me when the parcel would be released for delivery back to them. This is unacceptable! The longer this parcel sits with royal mail the longer it will take for my refund to be processed.

Terrible delivery system

This is not a dig at their clothing as that is very good. The reason for the one star is i paid for express delivery as i wanted to wear the new clothing i ordered for an occasion i went to. However the occasion is over and i am still yet to have my order delivered. It would be quicker to go to their physical shop than to buy online as it is totally dreadful and feel very disappointed.

Very disappointing experience with Ted…

Very disappointing experience with Ted Baker.

I’ve now placed multiple orders (around 20 March, 24 March, and early April) for the MELLIIE Longline Single Breasted Leather Blazer in size 2. Every single time, my order was cancelled due to “stock shortage”.

The frustrating part? The item remains available on the website in the same size even after these cancellations. This makes no sense and feels very misleading.

Customer service simply apologised and said they don’t know when it will be back in stock, yet it’s still being sold online. If it’s truly out of stock, why is it still possible to order?

This isn’t just bad luck anymore, it feels like a structural issue with their stock system.

As a customer, I expect accurate information and not to repeatedly order something that clearly cannot be delivered.

Would not recommend ordering items that show as “in stock”; there’s a real risk your order will just get cancelled.

Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I have lots of Ted Baker tote bags and…

I have lots of Ted Baker tote bags and they have always been described as ‘large’ so I ordered what I thought was the same - as a gift for my mum. When it arrived - it was huge!! This should have been described as ‘XXL’ or at least show the measurements. Because of this I’ve had to pay the return postage! Plus I am still waiting on my refund. Not impressed and disappointed they did not describe it as they always used to.

It was as good as i expected

It was as good as i expected, but please stop using EVRI. My parcel was door stepped and the area is not very safe at the moment. I was lucky the neighbour took it away and kept it in a safe area, till i came back from work and thats the only reason for a 4 star.

I still haven’t received my order

I still haven’t received my order - the courier says they left in a safe place!!! I don’t understand why this wasn’t posted thru the letter box as surely it would’ve been a small slim packet. I have an allocated safe place but the package was supposedly left stuffed behind a planter! Still not located

The order was correct, but packaging and delivery could be better

The order was correct, but the packaging and delivery not that much. The box was in a soft bag, which was not handled with care by the courier so the box inside was completely damaged.

Refund policy not clear

Disappointing that it is not easy to work out how to return an item. No returns label in the package and you have to scour to the end of the original email to find the returns policy.
