Placed an order on 27th October and nothing is happening and order Awaiting Fulfillment
the company is in a mess and they told me that no order was placed and yet I have an email confirmation
they don't answer when you call and always the gentleman is on another phone call, 4:38pm and the phone is closed
Today they informed me that they dont have it in stock
Waste of time

Purchased dual band network adapter which didn't have manufacturers software calibrated with the product. Wanted to return the product back but Techdna looked into it and found different software I have to download in order for my adapter to work correctly. One of the best customer service experience I had. Thank you.

If you need to contact Techdna you dont need to call them on their 0845 numbr - can call their local rate number on 0121 655 0500 which saved me a small fortune. Helpful guys resolve problems quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended to all. paddy

I've just placed an order for a Sony AV receiver from TechDNA which was advertised as the cheapest on a price comparison site. My first attempts to order online weren't successful but the TechDNA team have been very responsive to make sure that I get the equipment in time for Xmas. Thanks Jay and Ash!

Phoned company before ordering. Jay listened to what I wanted to do, answered all my questions, made suggestions & agreed to adapt my order when placed through eBay. Everything arrived as agreed next day. Fantastic service.

After placing my order, I was pleasantly surprised by the proactiveness of the customer oriented staff member who pointed out that I had ordered the incorrect item as to what we had discussed on the phone! My item arrived very quickly and when a small issue came up the staff where very helpful replacing the item just encase and pointing me in the right direction. overall excellent service and will definitely buy from them again.

Marked my item as shipped but no ability to track order. Call not answered after 15 minutes on hold. Shipping policy and details seem fictional.

Dodgy internet shopping experience. There are better companies out there

Needed to put a sky dish on at 90 degrees to a wall. Good advice was offered to ensure I'd be able to complete the job in one go and it turned out I didn't need everything which I was able to return. Really nice helpful people. Recommended. Will use again.

The consignment arrived on time and in good order.

Given I am in Spain, this is actually quite impressive. It was shipped 16.7 and arrived 19.7, well within the 5 'business' days.

After order was placed, I had to add mobile phone number for local deliver in Spain. This was attended to efficiently and effectively.

Now, the price. Had I bought this UPS locally it would have cost 187 Euros, without any shipping costs. Even with shipping costs, the Techdna price was only about 140 Euros, so excellent value for money!

I bought the Nokia MD-8 mini speakers. The website and ordering procedure are very clear and easy, the price was extremely competitive. Communication was superb and shipping prompt. Arrived to Holland in less than a week and was well packed. Highly recommended!
