I placed an order with Tech21 on 13 September, with the confirmation stating delivery in 3–5 working days. By 19 September, with no sign of dispatch, I emailed to cancel the order and arranged an alternative product elsewhere. Despite this, Tech21 still shipped the order days later.
When I queried this, their only response was that I should “return it when it arrives” — at my own expense. This is unacceptable, particularly as I had already cancelled before dispatch and made it clear I did not want the items. To make matters worse, I am registered blind and wheelchair-bound, so arranging a return at my cost and without accessible options (such as a prepaid label sent by post or a collection) places an unfair and disproportionate burden on me.
I chased for a proper resolution but my last email has been ignored completely. Tech21 have also failed to respond to PayPal during the dispute I raised.
It should not be this difficult to cancel an order, nor should a customer be left to pay for the return of goods they explicitly cancelled before shipping. The lack of communication and disregard for accessibility makes this experience especially disappointing.

Terrible company. The Tech21 phone case I bought failed to protect my phone. Expensive repairs and SO much hassle, ended up losing crucial photos etc. Further, the clear Tech21 case discoloured - edges turned a horrible BROWN! When I contacted Tech21 - I received time wasting generic replies asking for videos of the case, photos, the receipt all of which I promptly supplied. Then the company went silent. Tech21 does not care about complying with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 even though its faulty case was:

*Not of satisfactory quality
*Not fit for purpose
Avoid this company. They will happily take your cash but sell substandard products and have non existent customer service! Frustrating and frankly dodgy. You have been warned.
I ordered a case and after waiting a week with no dispatch, I checked the order status - to my surprise it was cancelled. I had no notification and no refund. I tried to contact them several times but never received a reply. Finally, via social media team, I was told that he order was cancelled by mistake and that it will definitely ship the next working day. It was not shipped, and I still get ignored so I raised a formal dispute through the bank. It’s a shame that a company I used for years is now just a scam. Check their social media - lots of people in the same situation.

Rubbish this time around, ordered previously had no issues the products are quality shame that the communication and delivery time is shocking, order 12th Sept, to be told that it would be shipped 19th then got a msg saying sent 22nd Sept, arrived today 30th, and ok the delivered note was posted on 25th, shocking company for communication but if your happy to wait for the products then happy days but if you want your new phone protected in a hurry avoid, will be taking my custom elsewhere for my next phone ….
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve been a customer for many years and never had any problems, but since my recent order for a case for an iPhone 17 pro I’ve been appalled with this company. Took 10 working days for my order to arrive. I was left without a case for my new iPhone for 10 days. Do not order from this company the staff replying to emails could not care less.
I've used Tech21 cases for years and overall they have been good. Notably I never bought direct from Tech21. This time around I ordered a Tech21 case and screen protector for Iphone 17Pro Max which were both marked as in stock when I ordered and available for delivery in 3-5 days , well in time for the arrival of my new Iphone 17 Pro Max. Subsequently, the case was marked on the Tech21 website as no longer available and the order just sat there unfulfilled. Contacting Tech21 as other posters have noted is difficult (and one suspects this is a deliberate decision by the company) I eventually got a reply saying the order would ship but by this time I had purchased another case from a different more reliable supplier. I then emailed asking to cancel the order - no response. Today I have received the case and screen protector(nearly three weeks after ordering) and now I have to go through the returns process where you need to get RMA details from Tech21 by submitting a ticket which on past record will be ignored. Classic example of how customer support or lack of it can reflect badly on a company and lose customers.
Bought the Fold 7 case for my phone ready to go when I received it. There's no functional adhesive anywhere on the case, the 2 strips on the top and bottom do nothing and the sides don't even have them, unlike every other decent fold case on the market. Even the box had a diagram of using the adhesive which showed strips on either side, but I asked support and this is a mistake. Because the thin strip next to the screen isn't secured, it scrapes against your screen when you take the phone in and out of your pocket, and it has left permanent marks on my screen. It also covers part of the screen so you have to keep moving it out of the way. I asked for a refund and was given a short one sentence answer of no, not even a sign off on the email. Add to this the case claims to be 'anti yellowing' and yet it is clearly yellowed after less than 2 months. I have used tech 21 before in the past and the case was expensive, so I'm extremely disappointed.
I've been a regular customer of this company but not anymore, over 2 weeks since I ordered still no case, there was no expected delivery date given or information on the case e.g. in stock/out of stock/lead time. Reached out to customer services who just ignored the help request you have to submit.
These cases are not cheap so to be waiting and waiting and no communication or help from the company means I'll take my business elsewhere in future.
I purchased two Tech21 Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Eco Clear Cases $39.99 each in 2024. On the box it clearly states limited warranty. In less than a year these cases turned yellowish and blackish and looked awful. I contacted Tech21, numerous emails, pictures provided including sale receipt over a two week period to only be told my warranty expired. No accountability and terrible customer service. I would not recommend this company or product.
Ordered an iPhone 17 case two weeks ago and no delivery yet. Have emailed customer service x2 and not got a reply within their stated 2 day timeframe.

I placed an order 10 days ago which had not shipped yet and I asked to cancel my order because I couldn't wait any longer and had already purchased a case.
They refused to cancel it stating that orders cannot be modified once placed. Instead they'd rather I return it at my own expense!
I absolutely would not recommend doing business with them since they are unwilling to assist with the most basic of requests.
Order 2 cases for new phones on Sept 13 and 14. After several days I contacted them to ask when the items would ship, was told the following day. It is now 8 days after, and they shipped today. I reached out to the company several times and did not receive any replies. Then I sent a final email requesting that they cancel both orders- again, no response. I added that the charges were disputed with my credit card company. Today I received an email that both items shipped, so I contacted them again, requesting assistance with a return. Their website tells you to access the "Return Form", unfortunately, there is no Return Form. The tel number posted on their site is wrong, I found it eventually on another consumer site but you can't reach a live person- a recorded message tells you to email them. What a mess of a company.

I ordered my iPhone 17 case on the 12th September was meant to arrive 17th or 19th of September, today is 22nd September and still has not arrived and my order status coming up “preparing for shipping”, wish there was more communication now my phone has arrived I now can’t use it without a case. I paid for 3-5 working days delivery.
On September 11, I ordered a case for my iPhone 17, The delivery time was supposed to be two business days. My Iphone17 was supposed to be delivered on September 19.
Now it's September 22 and still no case, so I can't use my iPhone. No communication that anything has been shipped either. Very poor. I will never order anything from this webshop again.
I bought a case and an impact glass for my iPhone 16 max pro. The case is ok but the impact glass is the worst. I installed it exactly as they say but it leaves bubbles impossible to remove . I’ve seen better systems
Been a long time customer of tech 21 when I got my first iPhone over 10 years ago. Have stood by only using their cases and screen protectors and recommending to family and friends. Unfortunately my most recent purchase will be my last with them and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and recommending the same to those previously recommended.
Only reason I won’t give it 1* is for the fact that their cases still provided support, but after receiving one worded responses to my email - “understood.” And a sheer lack of reading comprehension from the agent(s) (don’t know who I was speaking to as emails were never signed off!) I won’t be recommending any more. Screen protectors no longer protect the phone edge to edge as they once did yet cost remains the same. You would expect if paying a high premium for such a product it would be of high standard but not any more.
I sincerely hope as a company you reinvest your profits into better customer service, for such a large, well-known brand as yourselves I expected even basic etiquette when it comes to a customer query.
Worst customer service ever! Accidentally put a wrong shipping address since phone keeps on putting automated old address(item wont be shipped right away since its pre-order). Tried to contact their support right away to avoid hassle and was said plainly no modifications to be done anymore. Whats the point of CUSTOMER SERVICE then.
