updated review for CSET Science purchase…

This is an updated review for a comment /review posted on June 20th expressing discontent for not receiving the CSET science material. After much searching, I found the content in my spam yesterday. I'm giving it 4 out of 5 because this experience has been stressful. The website is complicated to navigate; the webpages are too crowded and flashy, and hard to understand what you are offering as there is too much information to process. When contacted by email, the need presented is not discussed in any reply email. Instead, more and more offers are given for purchase which is very frustrating. Pretty much looks like all emails are automated. It would be helpful if you could reach out and help in response to what is requested in the email.

I received and downloaded the…

I received and downloaded the Comprehensive Success System immediately after purchasing it online. It was complete with a full practice test that was similar to what I saw on my exam date. It seemed to be good for someone with a lot of time to prepare as well as someone who is facing the exam in 3 days.I only had 3 days before my test when I used the Teaching Solutions test prep materials. Yikes! The only thing I wish is that Teaching Solutions location was in my city as I learn better face to face with other people. However, despite that I was able to interact at convenient times with my Praxis II test coach or mentor online. I had some questions regarding the tested material and areas I needed to bring up in order to pass. The mentors and other staff responded back the same or next day promptly. The one on one help from someone who really knows my test helped me study and be prepared for my teacher certification exam.
