Van driver

I just had a similar experience to a previous reviewer where one of their vans with 2 young men in it drove in a very aggressive and intimidating way. I was doing nothing wrong, I was in the outside on the M20 overtaking a car but they felt they needed to sit inches away from the rear of my car. Why drive like this in a company vehicle, it gives a very bad impression of the company for whom you represent. I won't be using this company ever based on this.

Stay away from Tdorr!!!!!

My management agent outsourced a plumbing issue to Tdorr - I should've checked reviews prior to agreement. Initial call out was £198.91 which was split between £129 labour and £36.76 materials to which the toilet syphon was changed however, the cistern needed changing too. NB the contractor had attended and access to the cistern etc should have been already identified.
There was then a follow up appointment at a cost of £429.29 which Tdorr quoted:
"Works to be undertaken:
- Craddle for toilet cistern replacement
- Tile underneath the basin needs to be removed for access
- Isolate cistern and remove water content
- Remove syphon and craddle and replace units
- Reinstate water supply
- Check for leaks
- Seal area and tidy up
- Check operations"
With a "Please Note: Cistern is restricted, and access will be via a tile underneath the basin" which was stated by Tdorr.
All seemed great until I received the invoice for the job once the contractor had attended on site. The details from Tdorr included "I had to remove the access tile under the sink which I called for the office for authorisation as the flush plate access just wasn't enough. I was given authorisation to remove tile but when I did it cracked in half as it had been masticed on with big blobs of mastic....I have put the cracked tile back to cover up the hole and doesn't look too bad...will quote to replace, not our fault it broke..."
Firstly, Tdorr had already attended the property once prior and was aware of the access. Secondly, the "seal area and tidy up" task was done horrendously. Thirdly, Tdorr contractor didn't have the decency to own up to their mistake by saying "not our fault it broke". Yes it was, Tdorr, it was your fault it broke. The tile was put back on half a**ed, the tile was not flush against the wall and it was sealed with sealant with visible holes in the sealant.
The joke was that Tdorr did not accept liability and "as a gesture of goodwill" credited £40 towards the invoice.
I should have looked at reviews before agreeing to outsource to Tdorr.
Tdorr, you're a joke of a company.

Aggressive driving / swearing etc

I was just about to turn right into Pockock street from Glasshill st SE1 when an TDorr van charged towards towards me. Aggressive driving, swearing and putting middle finger up on Pockock Street, SE1. What awful people. Avoid like the plague. Clearly not nice people to deal with.

TDorr - Boiler service

TDorr - Graham serviced and repaired my boiler today.
He was extremely good at his job, definitely knew a lot about boilers, even my quite old one.
He fixed the emissions and the water tank and cleaned it all thoroughly.
He fixed the room thermostat too.
Left the kitchen very tidy and clean.
A real professional

Repeated poor experience

I have had to instruct the property manager of my rental flat that I willnot authorise any work done by Tdorr. Over the years there has been a pattern of repair jobs that fail after a very short time. Tdorr goes out again, does the same job. Rinse and repeat. And each time a new fee. There seems to be no guarantee/warranty for any of their work.

Absolute nightmare

Absolute nightmare to deal with Tdorr. First being told they would be here between 8-5pm; called them at 12 and was told they would be here shortly, few hours later I call them again since I didn’t hear anything since - then being told they are busier than expected (?) but will be here soon… Lack of updates and waiting around a whole day (on a day off!) - now 5 PM and most likely won’t show up.
Avoid!
