Transcom Reality

I am writing this as the sister of an ex-employee of Transcom India (Jaipur). My brother was physically assaulted in the office by his TL, Rahul Shandilya, with the involvement of security staff. Instead of taking action, Transcom played a shameful game of protecting Rahul — a person with a POSH complaint and a history of harassing multiple employees — while wrongfully terminating my brother. To make matters worse, this company is known for not paying the FNF settlements of many employees after exit. Transcom is a shameful company that destroys employee careers, protects harassers, and punishes victims. Please do not consider working with this company under any situation.
