While they deliver to a small selection of countries outside Germany, they are unwilling to ship to very many countries.
A very parochial attitude and not at all a company wishing to participate on a pan-European or global scale.
Poor entrepreneurial spirit.
Besides they have gone from being TCHIBO - a shop for excellent good coffee - to becoming TCM marketing - a jumble sale outlet store for all sorts of not so cheap but sometimes shoddy goods - with coffee being sold almost on the side.

Their excuse for not shipping to many countries

"The reason for the inability to ship to these regions are tax challenges."

VERY MANY other companies in and out of Germany have no problem with this.
Between EU Member States there is the internal market which means there are no tax problems as it is regulated by the EU Commission.

For the 3rd time in a row I have had a bad online shopping experiences with Tchibo. Again the lingerie was sent in the dirty and in the open box. It took ages to deliver my package. I sent it back and from now on this shop does not exists for me.
Bag quality products, Ugly services, Terrible attitude and VERY bad delivery! Beware before you order something on tchibo.de

- I didn’t use my Tchibo SIM card for over a year. When I needed to use it again I discovered it had been cancelled. Customer service are doubtful that they can do anything and advise that I buy a new card and start from scratch. Credit lost 😡
- My internet radio from Tchibo lasted less than 2 years and, even when new, was never very good.
- Tchibo coffee is ok, but I wouldn’t recommend them for anything else.

Great coffee at a good price and outstanding service. Ordered coffee online and received it the next day. Can't beat that. Coffee is excellent!! Keep up the outstanding work

I love their products, and now for the first time I ordered online, the package was supposed to arrive tomorrow but I was pleasantly surprised because the package arrived the day before. I've read a lot of comments about bad deliveries so I'm surprised, but I believe it's not up to Tchibo but up to delivery. Only two days passed from my online order to delivery.

Tchibo online store changed the paid amount and credited amounts and claimed new open bills. If I have not been a careful buyer, I would have paid extra amount including reminder fees. I believe they are trying to benefit from people's lack of time. It is very dishonest to play with numbers and send bills again to customers. I am truly disappointed and shocked how openly they can cheat customers.

They shipped the order directly to the post office while I am at home, they didn't even try to attempt delivery.
This means that I have to stand in line during the pandemic to claim it.

Also, the account I created on their website doesn't work.

I have ordered about 4 times from this website and never had problems with either my orders nor returns. The products are generally an ok price and decent quality.

The worst internet shop ever. The worst customersevice Ever!!!!! I will never buy anything at Tchibo again !!!

Fast delivery, good and qualitative items! Super happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend.

I am very satisfied with the service of the all Tchibo employees in Dusseldorf. They are always ready to help and order the item I want. They are very kind and that is why I always like to buy there. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I must say, I really like Tchibo shops, one can find a many good things.

But this time I ordered online. I was waiting for a month and after a while i wrote to customer service. My package was not only two weeks late, it was also canceled. Customer service couldn't explain why it was canceled and why no one notified me.

So I would not recommend to order anything from these guys.

CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S LEGAL!

I ordered a jacket
I got information about it's on its way
I didn't receive anything (package or info) for about a week
I wrote them, asking if their normal delevery was a week, and they answered, that THEY LOST MY ORDER, and I had to order it again (why don't they just send a new order?)
I didn't want to be so disappointed again, so I just asked for a refund
At first they only wanted to refund me the price of the jacket
I had to write them once more time to get my delivery fee back
Really bad service that I have to write them to get any information - why don't they write when they lose my order? And why do I have to write them to get back my delivery fee?
