Everything went really smoothly and the process and the service were vey good

My mum and I were quite nervous before visiting as we were worried about getting the hard sell and feeling pressured into buying a car.

We couldn't have been more wrong. There was absolutely no pressure and no obligation to make a decision.

Tom gave us the time and space we needed and made us feel completely comfortable.

What really stood out was the personal touch and kindness shown to us. It felt like dealing with people who genuinely care rather than just making a sale.
