Be careful with Taylor POD

When I signed up for the course, I paid $67 for a review of my Etsy Shop. After 4 months of being in the course, I cancelled because I had completed the course. When I asked for a review of my shop, I was told I was no longer eligible, as I had left the course. They said they would give me a refund, but I never received the refund. In other words, I paid for something I never received. Beware of this outfit - I was ripped off.

Paid coaching call not delivered

I paid $67 for a coaching call which was booked and rescheduled several times but never actually took place. On one occasion the session was cancelled after the scheduled start time, and on another no one attended the call at all. Further sessions were cancelled at short notice and emails went unanswered. After several weeks of trying to resolve this, the service was never delivered and I had to pursue a refund via my card provider.
