I wanted to be a customer.....

...Until I used their website, received customer service, and a useless faulty product.

My order took weeks to complete online as the buttons on the website to select the products were not useable.
The black shaving brush stand I ordered was completely useless, with the arms supposed to hold the shaving brush angled downwards.... As such the brush falls off of its own accord. The stand had one job, and failed miserably. unfortunately this is entirely to do with poorly thought out design and cheap production methods.
Their customer service emailed me after my request for a refund to ask if I could send a video of me using the stand, just to see if I was doing it correctly, I presume.

As a disabled customer I won't be bothering with paying a premium return rate to return their terrible product. I will just warn everyone that this is how they treat people, so stay well away.
