Perfect Service
The service was perfect. The taxi was on time, the driver was helpful and nice and spoke english well. At the airport the driver respected the flight arrival. We requested child seat and it was provided. I can only recommend this service.

No driver at the meeting point
The driver was not at the meeting at Orly airport on May 5 in the morning. He didn't answer the phone.
Unable to reach TaxiTender on the emergency phone.
We had to take a taxi and pay again.
We sent an email with no response.

I am absolutely satisfied with their service. They called my name even before I went to the waiting area. They picked me up from the airport almost instantly, even though I set a one-hour waiting period. I was glad to set off for my accommodation so quickly.

Nightmare Return Journey
I booked a return journey to and from the airport in Paris. The pick up from the airport was great. The return however was a nightmare.
I booked a pick up for 05:25am only to call up at 05:40 to see where my taxi was. I was informed they made a mistake and told my driver 17:25pm. So i had to get in a small car with hardly any luggage space when i had booked a minivan for me and my family.
I will never book again and be aware if you do.
