Very unprofessional, I do not recommend at all.

I’m coming back once again with a completely honest review — and you can call me again with your shameless attitude asking me to delete it, but this time I won’t, because this is real feedback from a paying client!

Since February 2025, when the 2024 recovery year opened, I applied through them. After waiting 3–4 months, I only received a pre-calculation of €760 for me and my wife. Now we’re already in mid-October, the year is almost over, and my file is still not processed (whether accepted or rejected — no clear update at all).

They keep attracting people by bragging that they resolve cases within 3–6 months, but honestly, I don’t know what to say — they reply when they feel like it, with whatever answers they want. Their manager even called me, saying it’s not their fault. When I asked them to send an official email to the Finanzamt to request an update (since more than 6 months had passed), they didn’t even reply — even though it’s part of their contractual obligation.

And here’s the irony: as a client, you can’t terminate the contract without paying them for “work” they never actually did — yet they owe you nothing if they never resolve your case. There are people who’ve been waiting 2–3 years with them, and I’ll probably be one of them too.

If you’ve read this far, I sincerely hope you don’t apply with them. A good advertisement does not mean good service — and here, there’s no quality service whatsoever: neither in the actual work done, nor in their customer support.

In conclusion, it’s not about the €100, it’s about their arrogance and lack of professionalism. Nothing more.

Bad . scammer

En:For two years in a row, my wife has contacted them for tax recalculation. They always promised a certain amount of money to be refunded, but it was always a different amount, and without asking, they withheld the money, claiming it was their commission! Their commission was always equal to the amount we were supposed to get back! They are not trustworthy
