I'd give it less than 1 if I could

I'd give it less than 1 if I could. I ordered then seen the reviews so I asked for a refund as according to other sites they use dangerous ingredients. They replied saying they would charge me delivery but refund the rest. Delivery was free!? So they took money out of the refund to pay for 'man hours' and packaging. I cancelled it less than 10 minutes after I ordered so not sure how that works! They also had the ordasity to say if I had better manners then I'd have got a full refund. Livid is not the word. The company are a scam and will gladly take money not earned. Their staff are extremely rude. Their number is invalid as well. My bank have been informed they are a scam, if others could do the same when they go through this then hopefully this evil company can be stopped from hurting others.

Fake products - potentially dangerous

I have spoken to the pharmaceutical company who owns the licensing rights, they have confirmed the product advertised as "designed by a 27 year old Canadian PhD student" is their product, this product has not been approved for sale as it has not been through testing stages, the barcode does not exist, the product is "lazer cream" yet on the rear it states "laser cream" there is no batch number, there is no manufacturing information.
