Great product - Bugatti cutlery set! BEAUTIFUL, & SO appealing to the senses in terms of its ergonomic design- weight & shape etc.
Took a little while to arrive - maybe 3 weeks, but was being imported from Milan.
Very happy.

I ordered Alessi cookware and was happy with the quality of the products, ordering and shipping process.

Prices were better than most places, ordering and paying were easy, but a warning to expect import duties would have been appreciated. The package shipped relatively quickly and arrived 1 day earlier than expected.

I made a purchase on March 28th, and to this day, June 5th, I still haven't received my refund of £122.02.

This is a huge lack of respect for customers.
They send emails informing that the customer will be refunded, but in reality, the refund is never made.
I am disappointed with Tattahome.
I don't recommend the store to anyone, as I have been suffering from anxiety since the first month after I made the purchase, and my husband argued with me because of this unreceived purchase.
In short... it's unacceptable.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK, PLEASE.

Happy with my purchase and delivery was relatively quick. Only thing was that I was surprised with the £47 duty charge which I was informed about just before parcel arrived.

With all the issues importing products into USA. I was'nt sure if ordering products from Italy was the right thing to do. But my experience with the team at Tattahome was exceptional. Both Antonio and Andrew answered all my questions, they were honest, patient and handled everything professionally. I placed my order on line, my special order arrived within a reasonable time, and the products shipped and arrived perfectly to me in USA. Thank you to the entire team at Tattahome. You have a fan in New Jersey, USA.

I made a mistake and I ordered the wrong item. I sent an email asking the cancelation of the order . The Customer service was outstanding . Despite was Sunday they answered me in a few hours and cancelled my order. For sure I will use again Tattahome!

Import taxes charged despite promises to the contrary on the website. Made the purchase very poor value.

Delivery is 4 weeks as standard, should have it advised clearly on the website as it’s extremely long to wait for an item. In fact mine is still not dispatched after 4weeks and I’m seriously considering cancelling the order.

Ordered some plates from the Rosenthal brand collection and they arrived a week later in perfect condition.

Poor communication. Delivery never happened. I was agreed a refund. It didnt happen after a few prompts and over a month. I had to go to the credit card company to force a refund. I have read similar experiences on reddit.
Avoid at all costs, is my recommendation.

I placed my order in November and was told I would receive it within 2 weeks. Since then, I have spent months chasing this company for updates, only to repeatedly be told that my order was “on the way.” We are now in May and I am still waiting.
To make matters worse, they have now asked me to pay additional tax charges before receiving the order — something they never mentioned at the time of purchase. Had I known about these extra costs and the endless delays, I would never have ordered from them.
This has been the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Poor communication, misleading information, and absolutely unacceptable customer service. I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this company.
