the dress that just arrived looks nothing like the picture on their website. The fabric is cheap looking and shiny instead of linen like, the shape of the dress is different and the dress looks awful on. I wish I had read reviews before wasting my money. It is too much hassle to try to return it to China, so it will go to the thrift store.

Paid about $90 for 2 items that did not match the visual description at all. The jeans where not denim they are spandex. The cardigan is also spandex vs cotton.

Terrible product made of polyester although shown as linen. Unwearable. Avoid at all costs - zero stars

They sent me a WRONG dress not what I ordered. But they never apologized me! They offered UNBILIBABLE things like I need to pay the fee of return them the wrong dress!! How come they can say like this?? IT was their mistake, not me!
You need to stay away from them (China), or you will get scam from them.

Terrible quality. The photos are really lovely but the reality is that the dresses (fabric, quality, size) do not match the photos at all. Fabric is cheap polyester, prints do not match photos. They also want you to pay for the return which is terrible since they have deceptive advertising for their products. Not recommended at all.

If I could give zero stars I would. I think they took pictures of clothes, posted these for their ads and then tried to copy the clothing in cheap materials. The linens are totally see through and shapeless. Cheapest plastic buttons. One of the blouses was printed (on some type of polyester )with a picture of textured fabric like shown in the photo so the outside looked like black and gray textured fabric but the underside was white! Even the stitching was a photo on fabric. I will say that I feel they are well made. I feel cheated. Totally conned. Like other reviewers, I too would be embarrassed to donate to the thrift store.

Total scam. What you order and pay for IS NOT what they send. Comes with no labels. No tags. Returns have to be sent to China. A while litany of cautions about tariffs, delays, loss and refusal of returns included if you request to return merchandise.

I’m embarrassed to donate it to charity.

Received part of my five piece order today.
The quality is appalling. I would be ashamed to wear any of it!
The multi- coloured dress appears to be linen on the site ( via Pinterest). It is a cheap t- shirt material, like a tube, that goes to the floor.
The ‘flowing, rust linen’ cardigan is cheap, shiny cotton. No flow in sight.
Have emailed re: returns. Heaven knows what that will be like to sort.

To start with, when I ordered a dress and made my credit card payment, the screen went blank. I received no confirmation email and started to worry that I did something. I sent Tatadress an email and they told me I needed to send them a screenshot of my order, confirmation number. I resent an email telling them I have nothing from them. I then called my bank to see if a charge went through to Tatadress, yes it did go through. I sent another email stating that there was a credit card payment to Tatadress, again they said I need to send them a screenshot and confirmation number 🙄. Just going around in circles! When my credit card statement came in I took a screenshot and sent it to them. The next day I received an email from them stating they were happy to say my dress was shipped.
Six weeks later it arrives, the fabric is supposed to be line and it is not, just a piece of crap.
DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THIS OUTFIT

Well to be honest I have no experience yet with Tatadress.
But I find it very very strange that they have exactly the same collection of clothes as Exhilrate. Same pictures, same clothes. Exhilrate made publicity on Pinterest, now they have vanished and now it is Tatadress which is on Pinterest.
I bought things with Exhilrate and they never arrived. I had a lot of e-mails back and forward, they kept telling me to be patient for about 2 months.Now they are silent and I lost my money.
I really think they changed their name to get people ordering as Exhilrate gets too many bad reviews on trustpilot.
I hope I am wrong and if so please forgive me. I will delete this review.
