If i could rate with no stars, sadly i don't have that option.
I ordered a smart watch and samsung s8 phone assesories even paid for express delivery all this was purchased on august 2019 and still no delivery to this day. I contacted them 6 or 8 times no response at all.

It is a scam. You don't even receive the goods you ordered and they do not reply to your emails. People, who still run this company should be prosecuted.

Actually received my item after weeks and weeks unlike most however it was nothing like what I ordered and really cheap. After numerous emails I received an address to send to return expecting a refund. No refund given and no confirmation of my return and now no reply to any emails. I have disputed this with PayPal but even they're taking their time to investigate it. Surely they just need a quick Google to realise they scam people out of money. Just wishing I'd done that before paying £39 for something I don't even have any more!

If I could give 0 stars I would of!! I ordered something about 6 months ago, despite chasing them I never got informed when my product was arriving, After chasing them I did get sent an email to say sorry your delivery will be later than expected please have a discount off next order!! FUNNY THAT!...... I got that same offer day after I ordered as a valued customer!! I sent several emails with order details etc but not one reply.
I opened up a case with PayPal and they ruled in my favour. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!!.... Actually YOU WONT GET A THING!!! #avoid

This company is a scam they took my money and never sent the goods i sent them many emails but they never answered disgusting please dont use them they are fraudsters

this company is total rip off in fact i would say on line fraud so many times tried to contact them but nothing now trying to track from there ip address as no phone number and no address tried to find out where they are we bought a drone it cost a fair bit and paid expresss delivery may of as well set light to our money this was way back in the beginning of november nothing since

Do not ever ever ever EVER think about using this company Ever ! they are impossible to get hold of ...especially if you have returned your item and would like a refund !...And you have to pay a tracked return for the privilege to waste more money...!
please don't get caught..it's not cheap its imported rubbish.

I don’t even want to give 1 star- paid £50 for. Robot for my grandson - MONEY TAKEN -NO DELIVERY - sent numerous emails NO RESPONSE- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - DISGUSTING STEALING PEOPLES MONEY.

Received a toy ( marble run) absolutely ridiculous in size for £25 paid. Sent 5 emails no answer. Wish I had read reviews first. Bunch of robbers.

If I could give 0 stars I would, ordered something about 4 weeks ago, never got told when product was arriving, they sent me an email to say sorry your delivery will be later than expected have a so many percentage off your next purchase, I emailed enquiries about 4 times and no reply, I opened up a case with PayPal and PayPal took my side and refunded my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I would give a zero if I could. Product faulty so I was told to return, which I did by recorded delivery! No refund and not returning emails. £40 lost! Trading standards need to close this company down before they rip more people off.

Terrible company... ordered a remote controlled robot for my grandson for Christmas but didn’t receive it even though money taken from my account. I Tried to contact their customer service dept via their email address 3 times but they never acknowledged or replied to any of my emails. Got a refund thankfully because of PayPal . Don’t buy anything from this company.

This company should not exist. They need to be shut down.
I paid £60 on an order (birthday presents for my nephews which they never got) which I never received. I have emailed them several times and had no reply back.
Just scandalous.
There is no contact number for them either.
I don’t understand why they can still be operating.
It looks like this has happened to several people looking at the reviews on Trust Pilot.

Stay away from this company, after several emails to them asking for my item or a refund none which were answered, so I started a dispute with PayPal for my refund and 3 days later my item arrived nearly a month after ordering.
Item is inferior quality and worth no where what I paid for the item, I’ve also seen the item online for £12 cheaper. No customer service, very late delivery and expensive inferior quality. Save on stress and shop elsewhere

Ordered a throw, it came after about 2 weeks, completely different colour to the one we ordered. In fact the colour it can in wasn’t even a choice on their website. Customer service number is a mobile number, added on whattsapp and it appears to be a young lass. Told I would get a replacement. This was about 2/3 months ago. Had nothing through and now had no contact for about a month. Absolute waste of time, and an absolute disgrace of a company.

Same as everyone else paid but item never arrived paid by PayPal so they are now on the case they take company’s like this very seriously and will take action

Had to give them 1 star so I could do a review they don’t deserve that.
Not received my item which I paid for 4 weeks ago, asked for a refund 1 correspondent offering 20% discount on next order what a joke. They are just taking your money.
Told them I wanted a refund or going to take further action. Ignored my e mails.
This company is a Scam takes your money and doesn’t deliver the goods.
Why are they allowed to trade. I am looking how to get my money back taking them to a small courts recovery. But these are crafty people don’t put an address on the Web.
Will go to Watchdog.
Looking at all these people been let down, something needs doing.
Wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering.
