TartyBikes have the best trials bicycle components, and their service after payment is top notch. I ordered a handlebar this time and I was wondering how it was going to survive the oversea trip. TartyBikes folks packaged it up in a well built box made of the same thick cardboard as a bike box and had the bar suspended inside using additional cardboard material. They made sure that the bar arrived without a scuff. Thanks TartyBikes!

I had an issue with a bike that I purchased from Tarty Bikes that fell within its warranty period. After sending a pic of the problem to Ben, he immediately sent me a replacement part free of charge. I didn't need to deal with the bike company, answer any questions, or fill out paperwork-the part just showed up at my house.

Beyond the free replacement, Ben sent detailed and clear instructions on how to replace the part myself. He even offered to meet on WhatsApp to go through the process with me. And, if I didn't feel comfortable doing this myself offered to pay for my local bike shop to complete the repair for me.

Great service, we were very happy with the bike and other things we bought! Customer service was fantastic too.

Sometimes feel like im a pain in the butt but every time ive asked the question at tartybikes they never fail to come up with a spot on answer. Had to order a hub in for me just because I wanted a blue one and then had to work out the spoke length for me on a random rim that's no longer available. But they never shy away from a challenge which is why I don't hesitate to get in touch with tartybikes! Top draw service as always 👌🏻

Really strong wheel build by Tarty.
Ordered a 26' wheel with a Hope Pro 5 Trials, Swiss FR560 and spokes. Had a massive hit to the wheel trying to jump up a stair case this summer. Didn't get quite high enough and hit the edge of the top step with high speed. Went straight through both the tyre and the light insert and casued a dent in the right bed of the rim. Gently straightened the dent as much as i dared and sanded sharp edges. New tyre and heavier insert mounted and held air on the first attempt. No spokes needed to be adjusted, and the wheel is still 100% true. Amazing quality rim and build, thanks!
