Customer service was unhelpful and unpleasant. The package arrived damaged and delayed, and it was delivered to a pickup point instead of the promised express home delivery. Customer service only said “sorry” and nothing more. I paid 200 euros for this service and received a crushed package late. I will never order again. I placed orders to Poland and Monaco.

Super nice customer service team, really helped with a shipping issue and expedited the re-shipment. Responded every day extremely courteously and were genuinely there to help. Love the clothes from here as well - so beautiful!

Best customer service. I accidentally placed two identical orders and they kindly reached out to confirm whether or not it was intentional or a mistake. They were super prompt to reply and very professional. I’m so grateful they caught my error and canceled my unintentional 2nd order. I wish all companies were this kind and thoughtful.

The customer service at Tartine et Chocolat is on another level! very responsive and very helpful.

The clothes are beautiful but UPS is not the very best option to send a parcel with.
They say they delivered at my house, which wasn't true.
I paid an extra 7 euro to get it delivered to my house but they delivered to the parcel shop which was a good 15 min walk from my house.
I was home the whole day, so it isn't true that they came her.
With de post such things doesn't happen.
If someone doesn't open, they just put it downstairs in the building

The quality of the clothes is excellent. Shipping costs are a bit high, but delivery is speedy. Great service there.

My second time ordering clothes from Tartine-et-chocolat was extremely off-putting and I'm still underwhelmed by how rude and unprofessional their customer service is.

I ordered shoes for the kiddo and instead of the item I ordered, I got an absolutely different pair.
Not only the support team asked me to physically go to the post office and send it back but they refused to return my money (the item they shipped was twice cheaper than what I ordered but they refused to return the difference until I sent them their stuff back).

To make matters worse, the shoes that I initially ordered were no longer available and they really didn't care about it.
Worst service ever!

Ordered some very reasonably priced sandals for my daughter. Having been confused about the sizing, I rang the London store where a lady was very helpful, and reassuring that if there was a problem I could return them to the store.

I ordered the size she suggested and they’ve arrived within a week from France. Beautifully wrapped, packed and I couldn’t be more happy.

The sandals are gorgeous. Softest leather, pretty and of the highest quality.
