Should have bought from Amazon
Ordered on the 26th August, arrived 11th September. Very poor quality no better than product on Amozon cost including delivery £23.47 same item on Amazon £12.64.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience and understand your frustration with the time it took for your order to arrive. We would, however, like to clarify the delivery timeline and the steps we took to resolve this for you.
Your order was placed on 26th August on our 4–7 working day delivery service. With the Bank Holiday on 31st August, when you contacted us on 4th September, this was the 6th working day. At that point, the original parcel with Evri was showing as lost in transit.
As soon as we became aware of this, we arranged a replacement rather than asking you to wait for the missing parcel to be investigated. We also chose to send the replacement with a different courier, UPS, to try to avoid any further issues. Unfortunately, there were further delays in transit and the replacement was delivered on 10th September.
We appreciate how frustrating this delay must have been. However, once we became aware that the original parcel had been lost, we did everything we could to resolve the situation, including replacing the order and using an entirely different delivery company. It was extremely unfortunate that there were then delivery issues involving two separate couriers.
We were also sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the quality of the product. This is a product we are very confident in and one that we stand behind. With regard to the Amazon price mentioned, tarpaulins are available in different grades, weights and specifications, so a lower-priced product may not necessarily be a like-for-like comparison with the product you purchased from us.
We are sorry that the delivery did not go as smoothly as it should have and for any inconvenience caused, we hope this explains the steps we took to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Excellent service
After buying so called tarpaulin from a certain German supermarket which did not last our hot summer I decided to look online for a tarpaulin specialist.
Tarpaflex came up an the reviews were good so I found what I wanted and ordered it there and then on Thursday and was amazed when it arrived the next day. The quality is excellent and a good price, even the postage was reasonable especially with the speed it arrived. I have no hesitation at all to recommend this company, impeccable service all round. Many thanks. My motorcycle will thank you too when the weather is bad.

I’m a regular customer of Tarpaflex because they have excellent quality products, they offer top customer service, always deliver & I will not go anywhere else.
I purchased a large silver / black heavy duty tarpaulin 2 years ago to cover my conservatory roof which gets the full sun on it most of the day during the spring & summer months which helps to keep my conservatory cooler which I do remove over winter.
I would highly recommend buying your tarpaulins & accessories from Tarpaflex
