As dishonest as a dentist can get. Avoid at all costs.
My wife and I were at the the Bingley branch, I was advised I needed four fillings, my wife had to have four teeth out for braces. This was arranged a month in advance. Just as she was about to have the teeth removed (she was really worried about) they said she didn't need the extraction and that that could fit some type of aligners. We reluctantly agreed as we were put on the spot. I told the dentist that they shouldn't be doing that to someone who is worried literally as she was in the chair for an extraction when they knew a month ago about the procedure.
We then went in for a consultation to be told she wasn't eligible! I called in to complain and was put in contact with their head of customer service, I did not shout nor was I rude I explained what had happened and that we were not happy.
At a later date we went back in to have the extraction to be told by the receptionist that neither I nor my wife were not welcome at the practice!!!
They said I could complain and to write a letter to head office, the complaint was handled by the person at head office I was complaining about!!! She, of course, was able to defend herself in whichever way she saw fit.
We then went to another practice in Bingley and the service was night and day in comparison - very professional and polite. Also the four fillings I apparently needed? No signs of decay at all - that was a lie.
In my experience Target Dental Group and about as dishonest as a dentist can get - they lie to and try and upsell at any opportunity and carry out unnecessary procedures that are not in the interests of their patients but simply to make money.
Avoid at all costs.
