I ordered in August some reloading related products worth almost €500.
Never ever had any reply from them when to expect my products. Telefon can't be reached and mailadresses seems offline. Yesterday i received a mail out of nowhere from DHL, a package was to be delivered from Target-Master. And finally after too many weeks without any respons I received all of my ordered products. I have to admit, I already contacted a lawyer to sue them, but for all parties it's better that this is not necessary anymore.
Will I ever order again at target-master, definitely not!
I also ordered reloading products in the same week in August at doublealpha.biz and received my products within a week!

I ordered 4 various tins of .22 pellets on June 13. Paid by bank transfer. And heard nothing. Emailed a couple of times over the next month, nothing. I wrote it off as lost.
Then 3 tins arrived and the 4th was unavailabled the money for that would be credited back to my account. And then nothing for about 2 month until today.
The 8.95€ was credited back to my account.
The pellets were H&N hunting variations and were not knock offs or factory rejects.
If the service and communication were better I'd use them again. But I wont, sadly.
I got my pellets and my refund.
But it all took about 4 months.
Stop smoking on the job, guys.

Ordered a few spare parts that were supposedly in stock & payed.
Order status on their site says "payment recieved".

Now 3 months has passed.
No delivery.
No update.

Tried repeatedly to contact them by email and their contact form on their site.

No answer ever.
Nothing.

Scam company, does not deliver

All previous bad reviews are absolutely true. Scammers!!! Tried to order Lyman .50-70 dies - they are trying to "sell" stuff they dont have on stock. The moment you pay them the order status changes to "Not in stock. Currently in backorder" - and that's it - no more information and all emails are just being ignored. You get no information and you can't cancel the order. I'am honestly considering contacting the dutch police about this.

Placed an order in October 2020. Received a confirmation email, but since then no communication 7 months later despite attempting to contact regarding the order. The order status simply states - on back order. This is clearly a fraudulent site do not use operated by thirves

First, I live in the U.S.A, California, Los Angeles. I wanted a moderator for my AIRGUN and this is one of two companys in the world that had it. The first company refused to ship to the U.S.A. So I reached out to Target Master-nl., Before doing so I did read the reviews and was concern. So I sent them an email and explained what I wanted and my concerns. They replied the next day ( because we are on opposite sides of the planet) with a very good reply to all my questions and concerns AND in English !
I made my order with them and they worked very hard to get my item to me. There was a problem with customs BUT Target Master-nl took care of everything ! Also kept me updated with email on what was happening and my tracking number. I would do business with them again !!
If you are in the USA and they have something you want. Don't hesitate this is a good company. They are not scammers like so many other people are saying. It's very sad that jerks try to do this to a good company like this.
I really thank Target Master-nl again for the hard work they did.

Ordered goods worth over 160 EUR end of november.
Except for confirmation of order and payment, nothing received.
Confirmation got junked by outlook unfortunately (not target-master.nl fault).
Mailed them through their own website for an update.
Still nothing, it has been 2 months now.
Would have been nice to have received ANY type of notification why my goods are delayed.

Unreal, it takes 4 months to deliver an (incomplete) order. Despite several emails asking for any info they leave you in utter silence. Apparently it is too much effort to send a response and/or update you regaring an order. I've emailed every few weeks to learn where my order was. Either directly or through their website, they simply do not care sending responding or give a reason why they leave you waiting.

It took four (!) months to receive a few items which I've also bought elsewhere as I needed them a when I placed the online order. Unreal that someone can manage running a webshop in this day and age. Simply a terrible webshop. Was at the point to go to the police to file for fraud when I got a shipping notification out of the blue. Never again.

Did not receive my order. Ordered 3 months ago.
Did not receive a reply on my email or via the contactform on the website. Phonenumber does not work.

DO NOT ORDER!

Purchased an air gun. The site description said it has 29J power and 420 m/s pellet speed. They responded my questions very quickly within 20ish minutes. Communication quickly stopped after I transferred the money. About 3 week late the package actually arrives. The 1st thing I see when I open the package is the spec sheet on the gun box it says 24J and 330 m/s. I reached the seller and they responded saying that that info on the box is false and the gun actually has higher power and speed. I then went to shooting range and payed to measure my guns pellet speed with a chronograph. What a surprise! The gun has almost exactly the same specs (even slightly lower) that what the box label says and not nearly what is advertised. I tried to reach the seller again with no response at all. Will try to return the item let's see how it goes. Stay away from this site unless you want to waste your time and money.

Edit: So you can only return items using same delivery service ONLY if seller sends a return form. But seller keeps ignoring me or the delivery service requests. If I'll try to return it using other service it will cost much more and they will keep the airgun and money. What a bunch of clowns this target-master.nl is.

An absolute joke. Ordered about 200€ worth of stuff from them, but didn't receive it. Tried emailing them about it many times but my emails kept bouncing. Tried another email address, same thing. Tried calling them. Crickets. Purchased stuff elsewhere, as I needed it quickly.

Two months later I receive a package from the when I'm away and it's sent back. Took me almost two more months to get my money back, minus 20€ for shipping. The only way that worked to contact them is the contact form on their page. Very rude when I did manage to talk to them. Claimed they hadn't received the returned parcel and that I was lying when I said I could see from the tracking page that they had signed for it.

One of the worst customer experiences of my life. Don't just walk, run away from this company!

What a bunch of unfriendly people. Never have I ever felt so unwelcome. I was checking out a $1000+ gun in the case and some guy comes over says nothing to me and rings up what I had in my hand before I had the chance to ask to check it out. I paid and left. I wont be back. I'll stick to Tanners in Jamison, PA for my gun purchases they are friendly and know how to make people feel comfortable in their shop. Also the price gouging going on at this place ridiculous. For a S&W EZ they were charging $70 more than Tanners does. I don't know how they stay in business being so unfriendly to people. then again maybe it's because I am a woman all the other customers were men. either way this place is no bueno

I ordered September 1st, payed immediately and received a confirmation for my payment few days later. That was the last time I have heard from this seller. My order status says the product is in backorder, I received no notification of that or any related information or offers, how long it's gonna take, if I want a partial delivery or anything. I tried to contact the firm repeatedly, over the contact form and via mail to info@target-master and have not received any answer. Today is October 25th so I'm waiting almost 2 months now for my already paid goods, without any notice of the seller. This is inacceptable.
