Ordered my new bathroom and was delivered within days, totally satisfied with service and would recommend to all my friends and family.

Delighted with my kitchen tap and the price. Very quick delivery, will definitely use again!

I ordered a shower door and mixer tap with a shower connection. The shower door was delivered but I when I checked the package the tap was incorrect. I was a standard tap. I had to call them and take photos to prove it was incorrect even though the person I spoke to knee that they sometimes put two labels on the boxes of two different type taps. I had to take another day off work. This time they delivered a sink. I called them again and they made me take photos to prove it once again. They arranged to collect the box the day after next. They said they could arrange to collect the box at an agreed time but couldn't confirm a fixed time for the tap. 7am - 7pm. Summary, 3 days off work, 5 photos for a shower screen and a tap. GO TO ANOTHER SUPPLIER. I didn't even get compensation, I was told I would have to write to their office.. As if I haven't wasted enough time.

I found the website very easy to use and the range of products was excellent. We bought a mirror for the bathroom that was delivered very quickly, well wrapped and protected for transportation and looks lovely on the wall.

Thought the product was excellent value for money too!

Ordered a sink and waste unit online. Sink arrived next day but waste was missing. After a phone call, taps sent through a new waste unit with next day delivery to ensure we weren't delayed.

I have received my taps and I have to say they are lovely, still yet to install the sink taps but at present very impressed and would defiantly use the company again.

The product was great but had to call 4 times to try and find out where my tap was despite ordering before their daily cut off time and paying for next day delivery! They did refund the delivery charge but not without a heated discussion and then still had to wait a further day and a half before the item arrived!

I purchased a right hand shower, when it came I was really pleased with the quality. Good value for money as I'd looked at similar in the shops and were more expensive. Highly recommend

Bought a basin toilet combined. Unit in wallnut and for the price it was at least half the price of a comparative. Item on other web sites or other bathroom wholesalers' but the quality was still there and would have no hesitation. In recommending this company and will defiantly. Use them again
