I ordered a slate in memory of my parents in ictober 2022 and to this day. Never received it .I have emailed three times but no response .

Bought a memorial bench in September for my mum when my dad passed away and she loves it, just bought another for a friend who had a bereavement because its such a lovely little gift. The people that are complaining about the size just make me howl, if you think your getting a full sized, personalised bench for that price than I don't even know what to tell you lmao, the size is quite clearly stated even though its pretty obvious haha

Ordered on the 12th and received today. Very fast delivery and I'm so happy with my memorial order . Its beautifully made . I cannot wait to get the flowers in it and get it on my dad/grandads grave.thank you. Feeling a bit emotional

I bought a lovely little bench for my friend. It held 2 small cactus plants. Had it made with her name and she was delighted with it as it was totally different from the usual presents.

Absolutely brilliant company that really do have that personal touch and go above and beyond to keep the customer happy.
The items are lovely and exactly as described if not even better.
Their customer service is honestly the best I've ever known.
Loving my snowman family led light especially.

I would highly recommend this company I ordered a memorial bench with pots and flowers it is well made and it was packed really well I received it early I am over the moon with it I got it in remembrance of my dad who I sadly lost

Ordered a beautiful memorial bench as a gift for partners Grandma having recently lost his Grandad. She always says how she wishes they could sit outside together one more time and when we came across this bench with the beautiful little poem it was just perfect! She was given seeds from the funeral directors so we're going to plant them in the pots, absolutely lovely! Easy to order and personalise. Not long to wait for delivery. Over the moon. Fabulous. Bought a decanter for a christmas present with a glass personalised. It arrived on time, workmanship on the presentation box was brilliant. Highly recommended indeed. Beautiful item . Really happy.

I have yet to receive my order,I've sent several emails,wanting to confirm personalisation of items as it doesn't appear on the order after purchase,these are memorial gifts for my father which has obviously added to my frustration, I will review further upon receivable of purchase

Received the beautiful memorial bench that I ordered for my dads grave. It came packaged well in bubble wrap inside a box. Can’t wait to get plants for the little pots. Very reasonable price also.

Received my order of a guitar memorial and I am so pleased with it it is absolutely beautiful, and customer service was brilliant nothing was to much trouble.

Ordered the sage green Outdoor Memorial Bench keepsake and unfortunately it was damaged when it arrived. The true measure of any supplier isn't so much when it goes right as when it goes wrong, a replacement was sent within minutes of me notifying them and arrived the next day. (And its fantastic by the way, really good product)... Can recommend without any reservations, top class...
