This company manufactured Heating Panels that we purchased through a heatings solution company .. Apparently there is a FAULT . this was brought to our attention nearly a year ago ..... (by the provider) As yet Tansun have NOT contacted us/replaced/advised as to whether these are safe to use ...... time is dragging on and on on and on .......

I have purchased a product online with Tansun, which was a dimmer to turn the heating up and down through a wifi connection. Unfortunately, you would have to hard wire the product to the heater which consequently would effect the manufactures warranty and could cause issues if by chance you needed a replacement product (If faulty). Admittedly, I have had the product for over 6 weeks prior to getting an electrician to install it (Due to house extension being delayed), but the product is unused and in brand new condition, so I was hoping that the company would understand the situation.

Tansun advised that they have a no return policy and told me to go ahead and hard wire the product and "enjoy the flexibility of dimming your outdoor heating system."

I may do that in the future once the manufacturers warranty runs out, however, it's an expensive product (approx. £185) and disappointing that we could not find a solution.

If you buy directly from Tansun, please be aware that the customer service does not exist unless they try to make a sale - obviously.

Just be mindful when dealing with Tansun and note that once you have purchased their product, you can't return it!
