Beautiful recipes we thoroughly enjoyed all 3 jars purchased on holiday at stratford upon avon. The beetroot chutney was devoured in days by my husband who previously said he does not like beetroot and he almost stopped me choosing it from the vast selection available.
The aubergine pesto worked wonders with an orzo side dish and the pepper pesto was also delicious served with baked chicken. Initially i was worried about the spice factor but not a hint of heat just gorgeous wholesome flavours Tan rosie is now a firm family favourite in our household. Finally some bold fresh flavours to add to weeknight meals.
All items are very well packed - no breakages. The Aubergine & Mushroom Pesto/Spread is my favourite, so many uses. Its great just on toast with fresh tomatoes, pepper. I'm experimenting with the Caribbean rubs and love the Easter chilli fudge. Highly recommended.
