The customer service was excellent and Gina solved my issue quickly. It was unfortunate that I had to contact customer services though - it was to claim a bonus that should have been automatically applied

I downloaded an app in response to a bet 10 pound offer to receive free bets . Did not receive the free bets although I did bet the the 10 pounds on a single bet and followed the rules . Beware they do not make it clear that you have to opt in to receive this and do not make it easy to findaxway to do this so give them a wide berth if I was you .
