Absolutely dog shit recruiting process, cant complete a i9 form, the support group is absolute dog shit barley understand English. No help at all they have no good employee's and any company using this Foreign recruiting process should be shut down

I have had third-party job applications systems. Many tedious and time consuming, but usually had relevant questions.
Talentreef had questions all over the place, personality adjectives with no clarification what the usage may have been; details such as a reference's email (not everyone as a reference will be accessible via Spam folders) etc.
The applications themselves had no function of access to answers for many of the drop box options.

When I apply for employment and then asked to complete application through Talent Reef the page never loads and I end up losing opportunities because of their issues with the website. Clearly no one is checking their servers for issues so I assume it is poorly handled and many lose employment opportunities from this.

The company name and the malfunctioning of this company is very dissatisfying. If there was only one accessible link to make available for consumers to use, I would not feel comfortable on today's working environment including society. Very dissatisfying to make the company complaint but it deems very unnecessary.

Hi, I’m Jason. Every application I applied on talent reef drew no attention and the position closed without any contact whatsoever despite my extensive experience. I was ultimately disappointed with them, so I decided to research them. My search came up with a lot of negative reviews and no revelations on their actual success. My name is Jodi I was working at arbys in Jeffersonville ohio and was wrongfully fired for a situation that WASN’T my fault. A tall skinnyish guy came in and pretty much scammed me out of quite a bit of money. Beth (I’m not really sure what her last name is) she’s the district manager wanted my boss to write me up and then let me go for the whole situation. There’s an employee there that’s been pocketing peoples cash and also has been taking money out of the drawer and Beth is WELL aware of it and refuses to fire said employee

I tried to apply to Spirit Halloween. I uploaded my résumé and filled out all information and it took me about an hour and a half. When I hit the submit button, it kept telling me something went wrong. Finally, I called talent reef, and after navigating through their extensive Phone prompts I I finally got to speak with a live person. He told me that he guesses something went wrong and I have to exit out and refill everything out again. I said that’s crazy. There’s gotta be another way and he said if you want the job fill it out again! Talent is a joke, and their agent was not professional or courteous. Software issue and someone should’ve been able to help me. The guy was arrogant as hell. Spirit Halloween needs to fire talent reef at once.

Talentreef site will not allow applications to be filed for IHOP. I tried multiple times on 2 computers using both Edge and Chrome. All extensions and and blockers were turned off. A reptuable site would list a contact number. They do not. Why would a business use a site that will not allow job applications?

It is automated so you miss out on candidates because they are "unqualified" even if they are. Lots of complaints in terms of TR's dismissive system. The software is stupid...Use some other company.👎

I just tried their service again. It hasn't improved. I "reapplied" for a job I have already done seasonally. They had no record of my application and wouldn't disclose other opportunities because I was apparently unqualified for everything. They still suck. Also, their support service is crap.

Appalling. I contacted this company resome honest feedback with my resume and assistance refinding a position as prior contact with other talent companies were useless. I explained the situation fully to the first contact and she assured me that she would get back to me with feedback. Didn't happen.
