Emailed the company every other day and received no reply. Their phone number listed on their website does not work. They took the money, promised delivery within 48 hours and no delivery!

It was awful service! Their contact number on their website does not work it just rings then hangs up, their email aswell is not in use. I ordered a few weeks ago and DPD sent the order back to the store then my order delivery was cancelled. I tried to contact DPD and the store no response as to why my order was cancelled yet money was taken out. Seems like such a scam

Goods ordered in September. Never sent. There was no refund. The case was referred to the Police.

Never received my items, emailed numerous times and called 4 times, first time they answered took my number and said we'll call back in 10 minutes but never did, all other times i called no one answered,shocking they are getting away with this. People should repot to trading standards.

Be aware of this company, absolutely fraud. Customer service is zero. I received only few items from my order. Please do not buy from this company

I ordered items and received a partial order. I was told I would receive a refund. 3 weeks later and several ignored emails later I got a response.
My order was partially refunded!
This company is poorly managed with zero customer service or care.

Ordered a couple of products and was impressed to receive the delivery 30 hours later. Unfortunately I received a substitute which I didn’t want. Contacted them by email twice but was ignored which I can see from the thread of comments below is their modus operandi.

I ordered two food items. Fair play, it arrived the following day. However one of the two items was substandard and not fit to consume. I contacted Taj twice via email and received no response. How are they getting away with this shocking lack of customer service? AVOID!!!

Total rip off company they take your money and dont send your goods no reply on contact they need shutting down .

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Well over the 48 hour delivery window and ordered not even dispatched. No answer on phone, chat or email. Completely unacceptable service.

Absolutely horrendous. Second time ordering from them, charged me a fee for 48 hour delivery. Its been 96 hours and no sign of the delivery or any intimation.

At least I received something, wasn't what I ordered but it was something. Definitely wasn't a leg of lamb though.

Incomplete items were received. Spoilt products received. Emails sent but no response. Calls attempted several times but no one picks. Avoid this company.

I ordered a lot of ingredients for catering a wedding, some items sent for which I received half that were sent, another box of frozen goods were stopped by DPD before deliveryas perishable (app said to contact TAJ) and remaining items haven't been dispatched, I have emailed, called and opened chat numerous times with no contact or response!

Very Very bad customer service. We placed an online order on 9th Jan, there was no communication about dispatching my order, I then sent them an email requesting an update on my order and then got a message on 16th Jan that they will dispatch it next day. And till today 21st Jan I haven't received anything..Plus no communication from the store.
When placing order it said delivery in 48hrs.
So please beware before ordering online from them. disgusting customer service.

Absolutely awful!!! Why do they put heavy glass bottles to the very edge of the shelf?!
I took a jar of the coconut oil and all bottles fall down one of the them really hit my leg hard!! Move the glass bottles to a safer place otherwise next time you will have litigation!

Why did I not get a full refund for my cancel order… trust me I am taking it further… all newspapers and websites ..,
