Jeffery made my experience great because it was my first time contacting a company to buy a trailer camera .I didn’t know what would best work for me.Jeff inquired what my needs and expectations were and he suggested a couple Tadi camera models that would best fit my situation. I sincerely appreciated the patience, time and courtesy and his expertise he extended me. I want to especially thank Tadi Brothers for having real people to talk with and provide excellent customer service as Jeff did for me.

The rep was easy to understand. He had great product knowledge and was able to recommend the correct product for our needs. He made sure we understood that if we chose express shipping that it would still not ship until Monday. He was very polite and not high pressure.

Just wanted to give a big shout-out to Sherwin, who called after I had placed an order for a wireless backup system for my RV. I'm so glad he called, walked me through the installation process and then suggested a much better and easier system that I might be interested in. As a 74 year old solo traveler, I appreciate this type of service. And yes, I gladly went with his suggestion.

The customer service team has been very helpful in resolving any issues I had with 2 different systems - they were able to diagnose and fix any problems. You can talk to Gabriel directly on the phone to handle any more complicated issues and he will do his best to resolve them so you are happy with the product.
