they just took the money

I tried to buy an item for about 30 Eur from this site on May 7th 2026. I decided to take the risk since the price was half than a competor for the same item. I created a virtual card (thanks God) that was duly debited, but the transaction didn't go through. Still today my order looks "placed but unpaid". I tried to contact the company using the form in their website as well as sending them an e-mail but up today I had no response. I've no idea if it's just a bad customer service or it's a fraud, but as per my experience I wouldn't recommend this site.
