Have ordered a Daiwa reel.After 3 weeks no response on mail or any other conformation of my order.That even if it was paid for.

VERY POOR
Ordered a fly rod with this comapany and it did not arrive until 8 weeks later. In the mean time they had taken our money and had not initated communication on updates of the rod. There was also NO compensation given even when asked upon good reasoning. I would NOT reccomend to use this company at all.
