I bought what I thought was a yang Hong high pressure air compressor. When it arrived it was not what I was mislead by false advertising. These people are unscrupulous and blood suckers on the buying public. It is amazing after I filed a complaint tabletexpress uk texted me they were sad I filed a complaint. I wish filing a complaint with US DEPT. OF COMMERCE WOULD DO ANY GOOD . I HAVE DONE THIS TO NO AVAIL . I WILL NEVER BUY FROM OVERSEAS .TOO MANY CROOKS AND THIEVES TO DEAL WITH.

If I could, I would rate this company a minus 5.
Product was misrepresented, had missing parts. and came defected.
They wanted a 20% restocking fee and for me to pay for the return shipping. Very uncooperative. in my opinion, stay far away from this company.

My tablet is not even a year old and it completely shutdown. I contacted customer service for repairs and they told me I would have to wait 2 months for repairs since the ENTIRE tech department will be out of the country for training. Wow the entire tech Dept. Not one person will stay behind for phone support. Nope. They offered a replacement at full cost even though I have a full two year warranty on the product. What a joke!!
