Friendly customer service but I have unfortunately really regretted buying this table. Bought it in January 2025. It wasn’t easy to assemble (and we are fairly handy), the holes didn’t fully match and a piece cracked upon assembling (they sent a replacement without a fuzz). The table top came with a small crack from the factory (they sent box wasn’t damaged -they offered to send a new top or to give a discount, we took the discount). We also bought two extension plates and they were suddenly out of stock so they took a long time to arrive. We only ended up opening them in November 2025 and the color doesn’t match the table (we bought the creamy color). You can tell it is a different batch. Such a shame. And the linoleum feels so flimsy, like paper. I never take the tablecloth off. Money poorly spent :(

I got a lovely table that I wanted and it got delivered to my the day after as I requested. Very happy with my purchase :)

The table once mounted is not stable at all, especially when raised. Screws were way too short so I had to use different ones plus some glue to old the button and the box with cables under the table. Overall, for the price, I was expecting something of better quality.

Let me start with we are very very happy with the table. Very practical and love the design.

Thank you very much for the delivery of the table. I must admit (not to my surprise though), you mentioned that we will get a free delivery for buying the whole table worth 6k, so whilst we were happy .. didn’t turn out to be exactly what we expected.

I was home all day expecting the delivery to be made anytime of the day. The guys call and then as they don’t come upstairs I look in the window and they were standing down for me to go pick the table and bring it upstairs.

Pls do not say delivery is on us next time as I’d rather pay for delivery instead of me struggling all alone carrying the table upstairs when they were two who left it outside.

Starting the relationship on a very bad foot. Really poor service from a reputed brand like yours.
