Don't get anything on saturday because the delivery service is just ringing your doorbell and in case you don't react (soon) they are leaving without any second attemp of delivery (because it is saturday)!
So my 30th birthday cake was trown in the bin!!!!!!!

The site didn’t work properly when I tried to order my cake with a custom message and image. I then asked if it could be edited, but was told to cancel and reorder. By the time all this back-and-forth happened, I could no longer place the order for the date I needed. Honestly, this was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. Even though the cakes look amazing, the whole process needs fixing — because there’s no point in getting the cake after the event or without the celebration message.

Greast last minute delivery!
I ordered a pie with a picture on Sunday afternoon and it arrived Monday in the morning. It was very fast delivery and the pie also looked great and more important also tasted very good!
I would have thought that the pie would come with temperature controlled transport but there were ice/packs on the carton to cool the pie. I don´t know for how long the pie was out of the fridge but as I said it looked and tasted very well! I will definitely order again especially when I need a pie last minute.

The cake we ordered cane on time in perfect condition. Was well packed. Kids loved the cake though I personally thought the cream could be little less sweeter. Over all the cake was a hit and fed more than 12 people. Thank you taartenwinkel for the amazing cake.

Great Death by Chocolate
I finally tried Death by Chocolate, which was delicious. All vegan cake flavours are great, however my boyfriend’s favourite was Red Velvet and he usually goes for the chocolate flavoured cakes, which speaks volume about how great the Red Velvet is. Recommend and will purchase more in the future.

Destroyed cake
The cake is meant for my son’s birthday party. It was delivered by a normal truck! No special/good packaging! The top was destroyed so now I have to run to buy slagroom and chocolate pieces to find the way to fix it! Def not a task I want to take last minute!

I was supposed to get a track and trace link Which I never received. I tried to call but Customer support is closed on Saturday.

First off, I want to sincerely apologize fort he inconvienence. I can imagine it is very frustrating to be waiting on a cake that does not arrive.
I checked with our delivery partner what happened here and I understand that the cake unfortunately got damaged on the way and that is why it was not delivered last Saturday.
Our apologies for the damages and for notifying you on Saturday. Since we are closed during the weekends, we see these updates on Monday morning. I do read that my coworker contacted you past Monday and that she has confirmed that we will deposit the full amount back to your account. As of right now, I see that the credit is still being processed but the money should be back in your account within five business days.
Our apologies again and I will keep an eye on the credit to make sure the money gets deposited soon.
