They had the cap I was looking for, it was P*hub limited collection. My prev one was destroyed, so I wanted it again. Twice expensive then original, but still they had it. I ordered - they delivered. Nice.

Ordered birthday gift on 24/8 still not received and it’s now 18/9
Ordered birthday gift on 24/8. No tracking email sent. No delivery and it’s now 18/9. Chased via their website on numerous occasions as there was no telephone contact number for customer services. Did finally receive an email on 16/9 to be advised that my order for which I paid £4.50 as a delivery charge for 1 x T-shirt, was now being upgraded for no extra cost!
Shockingly poor customer service. Still waiting for delivery…..
Further to the below seemingly standard, shabby response, I have email proof that my postage has been refunded and that my order is still not yet ready for despatch from the US factory, even though the company is based on the Isle of Wight.

ORDER PLACED WITH SHIRT BOX Order Summary SB-512436 The process for the printing of the shirts did not replicate what was shown on the proof for the order.The company, even after saying that they were sorry have not helped either with an offer of a refund or a reprint. The customer in this instance has been left to go else where for a better service and product.

The right pod doesn’t work. I sent a message to apple assistance to fix the problem, and they answered that the product number corresponded to a product which had been replaced. I hope you will fix this problem, giving my money back or replacing the product with the new one you got from apple in return for the broken one you sent to me.

Gentile Salvatore, siamo spiacenti per quanto accaduto. Online sono presenti t-shirt di brand differenti ed ogni azienda adotta una vestibilità diversa. Per questo motivo è importante consultare la guida alle taglie ben visibile nel dettaglio di ogni maglietta. Nulla toglie che se la taglia /qualità non va bene si può esercitare il diritto di recesso.
