t-mobile money does NOT HAVE YOUR BACK!
i've been a t-mobile money customer for over 3 years, they used to be good, i used to get my disability check about a week in advance, then they switched banks or something, now they tell me that my deposits aren't there when they are, and have disputed the ledger they have provided me through there new t life app...there money app was so much better, now i don't get my deposits on time, nor does what they see match what my ledger in the app shows....terrible customer service, all script based, they refused to admit they where wrong, so i closed my account today...as soon as she said "i'm just confirming your account is closed" i said "thank you" and simply hung up...because they screwed up so bad, they even suspended my "got your back" over draft option....due to non timely payment on the account...i was supposed to get my payment on the 25th i did not recieve my disability till 1am this morning, so they suspended my over draft because as they put it "you have not deposited any money in over 30 days..... as a cellphone company they are mediocre at best, as a bank they fail misurably. DO NOT USE T MOBILE MONEY THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER! you've been warned
